OUR TERMS
1% discount 10 days from date of invoice. Net 30 days. Invoices not paid according to terms are subject to a monthly service charge of 1-1/2% per month. (Annual rate 18%)

MINIMUM ORDER
Our minimum order is $25.00. Orders under $25.00 are subject to a $5.00 handling charge.

Write, FAX, phone or email us for a quotation on any item, even those not currently in our catalog. Quotations are good for 45 days. Pricing is in effect at the time of shipment.

RETURNS
No returns without an RGA. Non-stock & special order returns are subject to handling and restocking charges.

CLAIMS, DEFECTS AND DAMAGES
We ask that you notify us of shortages or damaged/defective merchandise within 10 days of delivery.

FREIGHT POLICY
Freight is FOB destination on orders over $200.00. Under $200.00 freight is pre-paid and added to the invoice. Exceptions include bulk items such as china, drinking fountains and sewer machines. Other items may be included.

SAME DAY SHIPPING
Same day shipping is available on all orders placed by 3 pm EST. Next day and quick shipping are available at customer’s cost.

SALES TAX
TMS South is required to charge applicable state and local tax on every item for which a sales tax exemption certification has not been provided. When ordering, please indicate which items are tax exempt.

SPECIAL SERVICES
If you have a special shipping or billing request, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your particular needs.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Neither we nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use or inability to use an item sold by us, but our only obligation in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied, is to replace any item proven to be defective. Before using, the user must determine the suitability of the product for its intended use, and the user assumes all risk in connection therewith.
